Family Worker

The Family Worker is a part time role within the church, serving families and children.

The successful candidate will lead and develop our children’s ministry, coordinate a midweek playgroup for young families, manage volunteer rotas, oversee DBS processes, and ensure high standards of safeguarding are maintained across all children’s activities.

Hours: 16 hours per week
Salary: £12,895 (FTE £32,238)
Working Days: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday
Annual Leave: 25 days + Bank Holidays (pro rata)
Reports to: Senior Pastor
Location: London, W5
Role Starts: September 2026
