Redeemer is led by Pete Cornford who has been involved in leading churches for more than 20 years including The Crown Church in the London Borough Hillingdon, The Beacon Church in Camberley and New Community Church in South East London.

In 2012 Pete and his wife Nicky felt called to start a brand new church here in Ealing. With their three children, the family made the move and began gathering a small band of pioneers in their home. 

Today, Redeemer is overseen by Pete and four other Elders: Mark Sibuns, Greg Burton, Ross Ripamonti and Noble Laryea. They are passionate about following Jesus, loving Ealing and building the church.

MARK SIBUNS | CHAIR OF TRUSTEES

Mark is Chair of Trustees and is also part of the eldership team at Redeemer. He is married to Abi, and Dad to 4 boys! He is an Account Manager for Cisco, takes pride in bringing boring topics to life, and can have an entertaining conversation about anything from mortgages to tube maps.

Steph Duell

Steph is a new addition to our trustees team! She’s married to Mark, and manages a commmunity venue which allows her to share with the people of London her love of live music, good friendship, and soft play areas!

KAMIKA WRIGHT

Kamika is a blessing to the Redeemer family, and to her own family, husband Wade, and 4 kids! She is a teacher locally, leads our refreshments team on Sunday mornings, and she lights up the room with her fantastic smile and her passionate worship!

George Oberholzer | Finance Director

George is our treasurer, and is married to Antonia. They are a valued part of our Redeemer family, leading meetups, serving on our kids teams, and now George has joined our finance team! As a South African he loves the sunshine and rocking a good pair of shorts!

Pete Cornford

Pete leads the eldership team at Redeemer, is married to Nicky, and they have 3 grown up kids, Josh, Lois and Isaac. Pete has over 20 years experience as a church leader and is also on the board of trustees for the Advance sphere of churches, of which Redeemer is part. He’s also a dab hand at the ukulele!

ANUGRAH WOODS

Anugrah has played a key role in our trustee team over the past 10 years, including serving as treasurer. During this time she has also met and married Edward and they have 3 beautiful children. She is a chartered accountant with experience working in strategy and finance, and hosts a great pub quiz!

KATHRYN BAKER | FAMILIES

Kathryn is on staff as Redeemer’s Family Worker! She runs a midweek playgroup and is a big fan of K-Pop & K-Dramas!

Nicky Cornford | Women’s Ministry

Nicky blesses the women at Redeemer by arranging breakfast events and retreats, is a source of much wisdom, and is a local primary school teacher.

Toby Elliott | WORSHIP

Toby leads our worship team, and is on staff at Redeemer. He loves to laugh and sing, the louder the better, and is a long suffering Chicago Bears fan.

HANNAH KINNING | HOSPITALITY

Hannah leads our welcome team, and is the smiling face many people see when they first visit Redeemer! She's a midwife, a runner, and loves singing along to TV theme tunes!

FLORENCE OGUNSEiTAN | PASTORAL

Florence is a mother of 3, worked for several years as an IT Project Manager, is now retired and currently training to be a Counsellor. She has been a member of the Redeemer family for over 5 years.

Pete Cornford

Pete leads the staff team, bringing wisdom, passion and laughter to all areas of church life! Pete also takes responsibility for the majority of our Sunday teaching.

KATHRYN BAKER

Kathryn is our new families worker! She loves to see young people with hearts full of the joy of the gospel, and thinks most things are cute or adorable, or both.

Toby Elliott

Toby leads the worship team, and facilitates our midweek meet-ups each term, as well as regular ‘who has the loudest laugh?’ competitions with Pete.

LOGAN MAILLOUX

Logan is married to Leslie and they have three wonderful boys. Before taking on his Executive Pastor role Logan was a member of the US Air Force, and can do more pull-ups than the rest of the staff team combined.

SIMONA TROPEANO

Simona is responsible for admin at Redeemer, and bookings for our new venue - The Hub! When she can, she travels to Italy to visit family, and brings back biscuits for everyone!
